Dugas Bugas are a band with a myriad of musical influences and this was evident in their performance at De Bees Music Bar on the 4th January 2007. Their songs are at times, quirky with a neat turn in lyrics, and then at other times we see Dugas Bugas motoring headlong with a powerful overdriven wall full of audio chunks and strange guitar sounds. Throw in some electronica to all this and there you have a fair idea of the Dugas Bugas sound. This was, apparently, their first gig together. With more gigs, I'm sure this band will surprise and astound many an audience - they certainly left a good impression tonight with this performance.
