The Great Nortwestern Hoboes are one of those rarities - a band seemingly oozing with crafted songs,  effortless playing and no ego in sight. They make it look so easy!  Watching them took me back to when I first saw the La's at Earthbeat, Sefton Park all those years ago.   Like the La's, the GNWH write songs which never bore you....they are short and sweet - succinctly played and to the point.
