| Back in the days when the music charts actually mattered, I remember rushing back to school after lunch (on a Tuesday) to eagerly proclaim to my friends that 'Going Underground' by the Jam had gone straight into the number one slot. Nobody was surprised as the Jam were one of the best bands of our time. Sadly, as with all great bands, The Jam split up. So it was with great relish that De Bees Music Bar welcomed back Rick Buckler, the legendary drummer with the Jam together with his band The Gift to perform music from the vast back catologue of the Jam. A fabulous night for all Jam fans - indeed a fabulous night for all lovers of great music. |
