I have always been impressed with the power and majesty of music and imagery. Having seen films such as Godfrey Reggio's Powaqqatsi and chinese martial arts epic film 'Hero' one could not help but be drawn to that area of art which is simply visually stunning. I was very proud to produce video representation of photographer Paul Worpole's recent work in Egypt. In this video, Paul's still images are constantly being transformed into another image. There is only one frame in this video's timeline - one point in time - where the image truly stands alone. The way to view this video is simply to observe the almost imperceptible changes within the images. The music was written by myself. Ruby Scott aged 8 supplied the voice of the little girl.
