Shooter

I have to confess a vested interest in Winsford band Shooter as I used to teach guitar to Danny (lead guitar) and Julius (bass) in their younger days. They have both come a long way in such a short time and it gives me a great buzz in seeing them performing with their band in front of an appreciative audience as was tonight at De Bees Music Bar on the 4th January 2007. Shooter play balls-ey, no nonsense guitar indie rock and play it well. They have a great frontman - Sam who sings it like he means it whilst Ryan thrashes the life out of the drumkit. An excellent gig by Shooter. Looking forward to more!
