It was great fun to be part of the first airing of Pollen 8's new radio show - 'The Hive' on Cheshire FM (92.5). This show will be featuring interviews with interesting and talented people from all around the locality as well as giving a wonderful platform for aspiring musicians, poets and artists. Playing great music and holding it all together was our very own esteemed presenter Mr Damon Horrill who did a sterling job keeping at bay that seething mass of humanity inside the Cheshire FM studio - humanity which included singer songwriter Tim Schiazza, poet Jodie Oakes, persussionist Marco T Mckenna and Lost City Rambler John Wilson. Also present was the elusive janitor Englebert and also Richard Ellis from The Really Short Theatre group. A special mention must go to the mighty Scottish John whose expertise twiddling the vast array of buttons and sliders proved invaluable. The Hive goes out on air between 8pm - 10pm every monday.
