I was delighted that Absolute Media Design were selected to film the election of the new Vale Royal Mayor - Counsellor Douglas Shingler. This was a 3 camera shoot and as such presented a nice opportunity to really capture the feel and ambience of this special occasion. Camera operatives on this day were myself and Katie Jones using XL2 cameras plus Cameron Rennie using a Z1 camera. Special thanks go to all at the Vale Royal council chamber particularly Selina Harris for making us all feel very welcome. The footage you see on this page is an abridged version of the finished dvd.
